Executive coaches work with individuals on career-specific concerns and goals. They serve as collaborative thought partners who help clients identify goals, develop new skills, enhance their effectiveness, and overall performance. In addition, executive coaches can support their client with any topics or issues that are currently impacting their role or work.
What is Personal Coaching?
Personal coaching focuses on helping individuals work toward their ideal future selves and live a happier and more enriched life. In addition, personal coaching can focus on overcoming interpersonal challenges, and navigating times of transition.
What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?
It is important to note that coaching is not psychotherapy. Psychotherapy typically focuses on the past and healing illness and trauma, while executive coaching and personal coaching centers on future goals and aspirations.
What is LFL’s cancellation policy?
Once an appointment is scheduled, clients are expected to pay for the session unless clients provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation, unless a client and their coach both agree that the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the control of the client. Regardless of circumstances, clients will be expected to pay if a late cancellation or missed appointment happens more than twice in a three month period.
